QR code and arrival at the Charleroi Airport car park

The airport sends a QR code with the e-Parking payment confirmation and advises printing the e-mail. At our five car parks, we found no QR code advertised: you receive a reference by e-mail and the team welcomes you.

At the airport car parks

When you book and pay on e-Parking, the airport states that you receive a payment confirmation with a QR code. It advises printing the e-mail containing it. e-Parking also speaks of accessing the car park with the code given at booking.

Allow some margin on your end time: this is e-Parking's own advice, for peace of mind on your return.

Smart parking at P1 and P2

e-Parking describes four steps:

1. Book your space at P1 or P2 online 2. Download the CRL AIRPORT app 3. Bring your vehicle to the car park entrance 4. Let yourself be guided

The page does not explain what happens if the app does not work. So keep your confirmation e-mail too.

At our five car parks

The Fast Park, Aeropark, Charleroi Low Cost, Flyparking and Jet Park pages read on 03/11/2026 do not mention a QR code. They describe the following:

  • a confirmation by e-mail with your reference
  • a booking best printed: it is not compulsory, but it makes things easier
  • on arrival, the team shows you your space, where you must park
  • then the shuttle to the terminal

Allow about thirty minutes between arriving at the car park and the airport, and pay the €10 tax per vehicle on site.

The QR code that has nothing to do with the car park

The airport also describes a QR code for the express bag drop kiosks: it is scanned from the Ryanair app, at the kiosk and then at the check-in desk. It does not open the car park for you, and your car park's QR code is no use for your bag.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to print my QR code?

The airport advises it for e-Parking bookings, without presenting it as an obligation. At our five car parks, printing the booking is preferable but not compulsory.

Can my car park's QR code be used for bag drop?

No. The express drop described by the airport goes through the Ryanair app and its own QR code.
