Charleroi Airport is testing its internal emergency plan on Tuesday 10 November, in the late afternoon. Firefighters, ambulances, emergency doctors, the City of Charleroi and Skeyes take part alongside the airport's own services.
The drill checks response procedures and coordination between services. Emergency vehicles and crews will be visible on the site at Gosselies.
According to the airport, the drill has no effect on operations or scheduled flights. If you are flying or picking someone up that day, nothing changes for you.
