The Skeyes unions announced on 23 September that they were suspending their action at Charleroi, to give talks with a mediator a chance, BruxellesToday reports, citing Belga. The day before, the federal Mobility Minister, Jean-Luc Crucke, had proposed mediation, on condition that the strike stopped during the talks.
The dispute concerns night bonuses and has already led to several hundred cancellations. We found no article on the outcome of this mediation.
